Govt. Notifies Change in Location of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, Effective Dec 11

The Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance has recently issued an official notification dated December 18, 2025, informing a change in the location of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad.

The Central Government of India has amended the location of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad. The said tribunal has been shifted to its new location with effect from December 11, 2025, (Thursday). The government has taken this action in exercise of its powers granted under Section 3 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993).

Previously, the tribunal was located at 147-A-58/1, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, Tagore Town, Allahabad; now the location has been shifted to First Floor, E-10 B Building, BSNL Premises, Patrika Marg, Prayagraj-211001.
