ICAI Announces Extension Of Online Module Tests Due To Maintenance of SPMT Portal
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has recently announced that considering the maintenance and upgradation in the software of the SPMT portal, the Self-paced Online Module testes will not be organised from August 11, 2025, to August 20, 2025.
However, the slot booking for SPMT will resume from August 21, 2025, onwards
The announcement has relevance to the Self-Paced Module Tests (SPMT) within the new scheme of education and training introduced by ICAI. The SPMT portal was launched mainly to provide a flexible and personalized approach for CA students. it is an e-learning program that helps students and members to learn at their own convenience, including several topics related to CA and professional development.
