Income Tax Form 10AB For Condonation Request for Section 12A Now Available on E-Filing Portal
The Income Tax Department on April 17, 2025, has notified that organisations can file Form 10AB on the official e-filing website for Section 12A, which is required to claim tax exemption.
As per the latest news by Income Tax Department, “Form 10AB condonation request for Section 12A is now available for filing on the e-filing portal pursuant to the Finance Act (No. 2), 2024. Refer to proviso to clause (ac) of Section 12A(1) of the Income Tax Act“.
