Now Pay Income Tax via Yes Bank! New Feature Live on e-Filing Portal

In line with the recent update, Yes Bank Limited has been officially added to the list of banks authorised for e-Pay Tax services on the Income Tax Department’s e-Filing portal. Yes Bank was added to the list on June 27, 2025. This addition provides more convenience and flexibility to users looking to pay their taxes digitally. With this update, the total number of banks available on the portal for e-tax payments has now increased to 31. The inclusion is in line with the government’s vision for a “Digital India”, offering smooth, secure, and user-friendly solutions for tax compliance.

The e-Pay Tax service is provided by the Income Tax Department, a way to make the procedure of paying taxes easier and faster. This service lets taxpayers pay their taxes directly from their bank accounts using an online portal. Yes Bank joins a growing list of both migrated and newly onboarded banks that support tax payments through the portal. These include major public and private sector banks like SBI, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank, among others. Below is the complete list of banks:
